Long-term health: Chiropractic offers a deeper, more sustainable approach. It aims not only to relieve acute discomfort, but to address the root causes in order to promote long-term health and vitality.

Imagine your body is like a river. Sometimes rocks, blockages or poor alignment disrupt the natural flow of water. The job of a chiropractor is to bring this flow back into balance – allowing energy, movement and vitality to flow freely again.

At Chirolounge Munich, we follow a structured treatment plan in three phases: the intensive phase, the stabilization phase and the biohacking phase. Each phase has its own special focus and builds on the previous one to enable lasting changes.

Phase 1: The intensive phase – The journey begins

This is where our patients’ journey begins. The focus is on the outermost layers of the body: muscles, fasciae and the body’s transition through specialized adjustments. The aim is to release blockages and activate the body’s self-healing powers.

During this phase, you may experience a feeling similar to sore muscles or a phenomenon called “rewinding”. Past complaints may return briefly while the body processes them and heals for good. This is a sign that changes are underway – deep at the core.

We ideally see our patients twice a week over a period of two or three months during this phase. After 16 appointments, we look together at what has happened and decide whether it is time for the next step or whether we should continue working in this phase.

The key to success in the intensive phase:

  • Integrate exercises into everyday life: The movements from our videos help to establish new patterns. Doing them regularly is crucial because they are like the breeding ground for change.
  • Set an intention: Every treatment appointment is guided by a clear intention. What is the goal? What change do you want to see? Make notes.
  • Exercise after treatment: After the adjustment, your body is ready to integrate. A walk can work wonders.

 

Phase 2: The stabilization phase – consolidating new patterns

Your path to sustainable health and balance

After the intensive phase, in which we have released blockages and prepared your body for change, we are now entering a crucial stage in the journey: the stabilization phase.

This is the key to long-term transformation. Here we work on the deeper structures of your body, such as ligaments, intervertebral discs and connective tissue. Patterns and tensions may have become entrenched in these layers over years or even decades.

The aim now is to stabilize changes. Your body learns to maintain new movement patterns and a healthy alignment in the long term – creating a foundation for long-term health.

Your personal responsibility is crucial here – because change doesn’t just happen on the couch, but above all between appointments. We also focus on integrating chiropractic into everyday life. Ergonomics, posture and conscious movement are all part of a vital lifestyle.

Stabilization phase – extremely important!

This phase is designed to consolidate changes and establish new, healthy patterns. We go beyond mere symptom treatment and address the causes, which are often deeply rooted in the body. Over the next four to six months, we will see each other once a week. This regular rhythm is crucial to ensure your progress and give your body time to adapt to the new patterns.

  • Releasing old patterns: Some of these patterns are associated with unprocessed traumas. They can manifest themselves through physical tensions, but also through emotional blockages.
  • Promoting personal responsibility: In this phase, you become more involved in the process. You learn how to recognize harmful habits and replace them with healthy behaviours.
  • Transformation through patience: Healing is a process that requires time and commitment. Each week we make small but profound progress.

 

Phase 3: The biohacking phase – health at a new level

The connection between body and mind is at the heart of our work. A healthy spine is more than just a physical foundation – it influences how we think, feel and act. When we work on the alignment of our body, we can often change the alignment of our life. When we release rigid patterns, new freedoms emerge that not only manifest themselves in less pain, but in a more fulfilling life.

Regular visits to the chiropractor help to maintain spinal health, detect potential dysfunctions early and take corrective action.
The chiropractor can help improve overall posture, optimize musculoskeletal function and treat potential problems. Regular treatment of the spine and nervous system can make a significant contribution to health and vitality. We see our practice members/patients on average 20 times a year.
